how do you get this on the oculus quest 2?

You can SideLoad this apk with SideQuest on your Quest 2. You need to enable the developer mode first. There are a ton of tutorials on youtube discribing the process. And there is also a lot of extra content on SideQuest!
If your doing it from a phone then download bugjeager of google play works for me
